It doesn't work with workspaces having Trail capacities assigned. It is also mentioned in the 'Most Important!' section.

When using a non-trail capacity.

The tenant id is the you Azure Entra Id tenant Id. As Fabric is living as a service in Azure Entra Id is shares same tenant id. Every thing in Azure needs a subscription, and Fabric a SaaS solution, it is assigned to Subscription 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. So the only this needed to change in the resource id string, is the Fabric Workspace Id(far to the right). Fabric Admin might be necessary to enable the workspace identity for the Workspace.
